FAQ
We are offering a unique toolkit full of documents and templates perfectly valid to make your business GDPR compliant. You can personalise and use them in your business as you want.
We are specialised GDPR-focused professionals. Despite we do partner with a lawyer firm, no lawyer is actively working within Digidly. But don’t worry, you don’t necessarily need a lawyer firm to be GDPR compliant: our legally valid documents and templates just do the job.
You can use any document or template we are offering for/within your business. Of course if the document or template needs to be shared to comply with its function in the process of making your business GDPR compliant (e.g. customer email templates, GDPR 3th parties letter,…), feel free to do so.
If you are an agency, you can freely distribute the purchased documents across your clients.
By now, all documents and templates in our membership area are in English. But we do partner with several translation firms. We can therefore offer our documents and templates in other languages too (e.g. FR, IT, DE, ES,…). Please get in touch with us for more information on that.
All payments are managed by our partner: stripe.com. By now, we only payments through the major credit/debit cards through our partner Stripe (visa, mastercard, amex, discover, diners club, JCB) and PayPal. You can still purchase the membership through a different payment method (Bank Transfer, Payoneer,…), just get in touch with us.
We offer dozen of downloadable templates and documents immediately accessible after the payment. So, given the nature of our product we are unable to offer any refund once the membership has been purchased. Nevertheless, with us there are no surprises: we are 100% transparent on what’s inside our member’s area. Also, don’t forget to pay a visit to our free blog.
You can easily drop us an email through our form or reach us via Linkedin.
